Job Summary
Ensure that the activities performed daily are in alignment and compliance with the Group of companies Quality Management System, Company Quality Management System, Local Regulatory & Statutory Requirements, and International Regulatory & Statutory requirements where and as possible.
Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, support business objectives, and drive customer engagement across multiple channels. Responsible for executing campaigns, managing digital content, coordinating promotional activities, and analyzing marketing data to optimize performance.

Gr 12 is a minimum requirement.
Qualification in Marketing is a requirement.
Formal qualification in Graphic Design in digital marketing advantageous.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years marketing experience
Healthcare industry experience is preferred
Proven working experience in digital marketing & design.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Previous experience in a medical company would be an advantage;
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office including Advanced Excel, MS Word, Outlook and Adobe is a requirement for this position.
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, display, and social media).
Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals and brand strategy.
Social Media Management
Build and maintain an active and engaging presence across relevant social media platforms.
Develop and post content regularly on LinkedIn and other channels.
Monitor and respond to engagement where needed.
Performance Analytics & Optimization
Track and report the effectiveness of all digital campaigns using analytics tools.
Identify trends and actionable insights to improve performance.
Optimize campaign strategies and spending based on results.
Event & Congress Coordination
Coordinate all logistics related to congress attendance, including stand design and branding.
Provide support for internal and external marketing events (kick-offs, workshops, year-end functions).
Brand Management & Corporate Identity
Ensure consistent use of corporate identity across all materials and platforms.
Manage branding assets like Teams backgrounds, business cards, calendars, and marketing material.
Content & Website Management
Maintain and update company websites to reflect current offerings and messaging.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain engaging landing pages.
Marketing Collateral & Promotional Material
Ensure the availability and distribution of branded materials for promotional use and events.
Work with suppliers to design and produce printed and digital collateral.
