Key Responsibilities: Daily check-in and check-out using a GPS-based application.
- Provide a daily check-in - using a Google Form or Application - on arrival at a hawker/ trader/ branded store
- Track and drive sales of Simba and other PepsiCo products via the Simba-PepsiCo trucks
- Recruitment of hawkers and tuckshops
- Provide insights, trends and feedback from engagements with customers, including traditional trade/ competitor activity, and participate in surveys
- Spaza or Hawker promotions and activations
- Assist in product launch campaigns
- Achieving of monthly spaza recruitments and store visit targets.
- Handling of stock and give-aways
- Maintain Traditional Trade POS material and signage
- Provide a weekly report on-or-before the given date and time to Regional Team Leader
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Post Matric Qualification - advantageous
- Driving Licence - advantageous
- Smartphone with GPS capability
- 1-2 years Sales and Marketing experience
- Ability to work long hours, weekends and public holidays
- Be available to work in one of the following regions: Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and North West
- All shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical assessment exercise
