An opportunity for a Business Development Representative is available with a chemical manufacturing company who specialise is reagents. The main purpose of the position will be to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration by gaining new business within a given territory.

Degree in Sales, Procurement or Supply Chain Management is an advantage
A minimum of 3 years’ sales experience within the chemical industry
Solid understanding of sales processes and business development
Knowledge of reagents and chemicals within the mining industry.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent negotiation and networking skills
Aptitude in decision making and working with numbers
Must be comfortable with both cold calling and frequent client meetings
