Job Summary
Purpose of the Role
The role will entail being responsible for effectively communicating and selling Augment and Recruit’s service offerings to new and existing clients as well as;
- New Business Development
- Retention and growth of existing clients
The individual would need to have a sound background in Sales and Marketing with excellent time and sales management skills. In addition to this, they would need to be a self-starter, portray an air of confidence and be able to understand the business requirements in terms of business development, resources, techniques and methods.
You will build positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of your clients' needs and requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify prospects and close opportunities
- Manage the business development process from identification of prospects and leads through to contracted deals
- Research into clients, competitors and industries
- Reporting on all sales activities (weekly and monthly)
- Pipeline development
- Ensuring that the business development process is adhered to and controlled to ensure consistency across all clients
- Sales Process Management
- Client Relationship Management
- Setup and participate in pitch meetings independently
- Development of contractual documents
- Successfully convert prospects
- Achieve or exceed the agreed upon targets
- Research and industry analysis
- Identifying and targeting of potential organisations by use of knowledge and networks

Experience
- At least 6 years experience in a similar role
- Sales experience in the Recruitment, Staffing and/or Consulting Industry is a MUST (non negotiable requirement)
