Qualification & Experience
At least 5 year’s commercial / related previous sales experience
Sales experience in the security industry an advantage
Selling experience at management level with a proven track record
Job Requirements & Other Attributes
Computer Literate (MS Office, advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid driver’s license
PSIRA Grade C - advantageous
Knowledge of industry and electronic equipment to include alarms systems, Access control, EAS and CCTV
Main Purpose Of Job
The purpose of the Security Sales Consultant (Specialist) is to source and generate business focusing mainly on Guarding, VIP Protection, Armed Assist, CCTV on and off site monitoring and Access Control systems. The incumbent’s security solution offering should include all products – intruder, electric fence, intercoms and once training completed fire detection and guarding requirements as well.
All Area call plans to be completed and submitted on a weekly basis.
Client Call plans must be planed and scheduled on a daily bases ( between 5 to 10 client visits per day).
New Client Contracts discussed and agreed to, and signed off by management to be signed by clients and returned to office. An Client file to be opened once signed contract is received.
Accurate submission of daily activity/ cold calling and marketing reports/feedback to relevant management prior to due date as required.
Timeous submission of commission sheets on days allocated and advised
