Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Specialist.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ National Diploma in:
- Sales
- Business Development
- Technical or Engineering Disciplines.
- Matric Senior Certificate.
- 4 to 6+ years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Computer Literacy.
- Knowledge of Business Development, Market trends and best practice within the Technical/ Engineering environment.
- Commercial understanding.
- Knowledge of Facilities Management, CRM, standards and acceptable practices.
- Understanding of organizational business procedures and processes.
- Business Development experience.
KPAs:
- Increase the company’s profits through effective Business Development promoting.
- Establish relationships, meetings and presentations with client’s continuous development of sales.
- Manage target list through sales.
- Develop target client list aligned with the company’s targeted industries, clients and services that meet the sales objectives.
- Prepare highly effective presentations of the clients’ needs and objectives.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Negotiate services and commercials within company guidelines.
- Identify new business opportunities through holistic research of the Facilities Management industry.
- Provide executive level representation at meetings with potential clients.
- Develop, maintain and manage business relationships with all clients.
- Ensure effective communication between the client and the company.
