Job Summary
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a Degree or Diploma in HR
- Must have 3 to 5 years work experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Must have 2 years’ experience recruiting for technical roles within the information technology field
- Must be high proficiency in using Google Workspace tools
- Thorough knowledge of South African labour legislation, disciplinary procedures, and HR policies and procedures
- Comprehensive understanding of human resources functions and best practices
- Interest in technology and the future of digital services
- Prior experience in a tech startup or technology environment advantageous
