To actively contribute, support and influence digital strategies and implement tactics on behalf of the brand and ensure all digital efforts are supportive of the mainstream promotional plans
Ensure that you successfully implement client strategies and understand your client’s business enough to guide them with any and all advertising initiatives.
To ensure that accurate briefs are taken, and that this brief are efficiently and effectively communicated to the relevant internal “output” departments and that the necessary action is taken within the best possible time frame.
To take clear instructions from the Client Services Director and action efficiently and effectively
To ensure that a cost estimate is issued and approved prior to any work being completed
To ensure that the creative output result reflects the clients brief and our best interpretation of that brief as well as our best calibre of work.
Identify opportunities for the division to up-sell and present this option to the client
Where possible, ensure that our efforts are measurable and develop tools to measure the impact our efforts have on our client’s businesses and present those measures to our clients.
Ensure that the budget is managed carefully (and never exceeded without express permission) and that we have approval in writing before proceeding with any promotion
Ensure all work is invoiced for when necessary and that all billings are kept up-to-date at all times
Careful following of company internal processes to ensure timeous delivery and ensure all relevant administrative actions are taken (CERF’s, SO’s, PO’s, IRF’s etc).
Management of the production team from quality control to timeous delivery and installation/take down.
