Duties include:
Establish, develops & maintain business relationship with current & prospective customers in assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services
Make telephone calls & in-person visits & presentations
Develop clear, effective written proposals/quotations according to company standards
Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, finance, stores & technical service departments
Supplies management with oral & written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities & potential for new products & services
Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising & promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature & consulting with marketing & technical service areas
Participates in trade shows, blitzes, customer events & conventions
Ensure all contracts & other documentation are completed correctly & all required documentation is submitted to the Sales Administrator to process the deals
