Minimum 3 - 5 years Personal Assistance experience essential
Previous experience at a law firm preferred
Experience in Transfers and Bonds advantageous but not essential
Fully computer literate and strong admin skills essential
Excellent grammar and typing skills essential
Knowledge of conveyancing and bonds related software (Lexus and Ghostconvey) advantageous but not essential
Ability to work independently and to effectively manage high volumes of work
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with clients in a professional and effective manner
MUST be fluent in AFRIKAANS and ENGLISH
