POSITION PROFILE: SALES REPRESENTATIVE
MAIN KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
• Increase sales numbers in the Gauteng Region
• Maintain and build customer relationships with existing and new clients
• Daily CRM sales reporting
• Weekly reporting on sales numbers to Management
• Set and achieve monthly sales targets
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES:
Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:-
• Must have at least 3-4 years solid sales experience within the STATIONERY / similar environment
• Have thorough knowledge of sales techniques
• Have considerable experience with customer relationship management
Skills
• Professional and Sales / Target driven
• Must be able to deal with conflict and work under pressure
• Manage relations with sales department
• Excellent communication skills
Computer Literacy
• MS Word / MS Excel / Explorer / Ms Outlook / Powerpoint
- Must have own reliable transport (this is not negotiable)
- Position is based on the East Rand but candidate must be willing and able to travel
- Must reside on the East Rand, Johannesburg
