RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Sell Fibre products and services to both individuals and companies.
Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments.
Design customised, cost-effective solutions for the client.
Maintain an updated database in sales database.
Define personal and corporate revenue objectives.
Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales targets.
Find and contact potential customers for business opportunities.
Build and maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.
Attend sales training and educational programs to ensure professional development.
Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and personal visits.
Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections.
Keep managers informed by submitting activity and results reports.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Matric certificate (Grade 12)
A vehicle + Drivers License
Should know VOIP, PABX, connectivity and telecommunications
R15000-R25000 + commission
