He/she will play a pivotal role in growing our business, customer base, and improving user experience across our projects and client campaigns.
He/she will also need experience and a big passion for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels.
Requirements:
Agency background is a must and highly important
Strong creative background ( supported by a solid portfolio)
Well versed in B2B / B2C marketing
Well versed in understanding all digital marketing channels
You can use the strategy spec as a guideline
Coupled with at least 5years plus managing a creative strategy team.
Management of a team.
Strong people skills
Client facing and able to work under pressure.
Preferable a BCOM Marketing and/or related.

Creating presentations for new and existing clients based on your research.
Conceptualizing new ideas that are fresh and dynamic
Taking ownership of new ideas and implementing it from concept to the final product
Creating new concepts and ideas that can enhance a strategy
Creation of art direction and copy for strategic presentations
Managing strategic direction for presentations with the design department
Research
Develop full and clear understanding of the existing clients and their business
Keeping in-line with digital trends which can be applied to new and existing clients
Maintain a knowledge bank of research for industry verticals
Analyze existing client and user data for strategic insights
Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns.
Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
Content
Creation of content for social media and websites which are linked to a strategy
Creation of a content calendar for publishing
Testing new platform features regularly and reporting back on results
Copywriting for social media and websites
Artwork direction based on strategic goal
