Duties and responsibilities
• Loading and processing of quotes and orders on ACCPAC
• Invoicing of sales orders
• Processing of card payments
• Running day end on card machine and double checking all transactions with accounts
• Following up and processing of back orders
• Calling of clients on an allocated base to get orders.
• Achieving set date daily targets
Minimum requirements
• Computer skills (Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Own Transport
• ACCPAC or similar software experience will be an advantage.
