The Area Managers are responsible for the management of all infield operations within an assigned geographical territory, including the Kiosk Staff, the Nomadic Teams, the Tactical Field Staff, Instore Activity, and Out of Store Activity. In addition, AMs will need to have strong relationships with store management across PnP and Boxer and within the area assigned to them with industry, commerce and community organisations, etc. AMs are the heartbeat of the business as they act as our eyes and ears on the ground. AMs also ensure that our biggest customer channel is operating optimally and delivering great service to our customers. They also play a pivotal role in the continuous growth, development and management of their staff.
Requirements:
• Matric
• Clear criminal record
• South African citizen with a valid ID document
• Tertiary qualification is advantageous
• Own vehicle
• Preferably 2 years’ experience in the retail, banking environment
• Proven ability to coach, develop, grow, and progress staff
• Operational and business management skills
• Computer literacy
• Financial management skills
• Unendorsed driver’s license
