SENIOR INDUSTRIAL | COMMERCIAL PROPERTY BROKER – Cape Town
R20 000 Per Month for the first 6 months of employment with Competitive Commission on offer!
After 6 months, the Broker will move to commission only package whereby they will earn 70% of the total commission earned.
Our client, a growing commercial & industrial property developer is in search of a Senior Broker.
One would describe you as dynamic, socially confident, sales orientated and client centric individual
The Senior Broker will focus on sales, acquisition and leasing of all industrial and commercial property within the Western Cape.
You are highly articulate, self-motivated, dependable, possessing a strong command of the English language (both verbal and written) together with well-developed presentation and client relationship building skills.
