DUTIES
Personal Assistant to two Managers
Maintaining year planner, diary and Managers email account
Assisting with answering of incoming calls at reception, taking and relaying messages where appropriate
Scheduling meetings and answering to queries, phone calls or invitations received
Sending out of invitations and notifications of meetings
Maintain all official files
Taking of minutes of meeting
Typing of minutes, and completion of transcription typing requirements
Meeting and greeting of guests at Reception for Management
Dealing with incoming clients and taking down all their details and requirements
Updating all documentation and general administration duties
Providing clients with advice required and solving clients problems that occur
Assist the PRO with the volunteer database and arrange training requirements
Participate in the Entertainment Committee and organise entertainment required for various events communicating all arrangements for running of smooth events
Monitoring CCTV cameras weekly according to operational requirements
Carry out any reasonable duties required by Management
Salary: R18000 CTC including a Pension fund, dependent on experience
