Project set up: Work closely with the project team to coordinate resources and facilities for recruitment, training, and rollout purposes. Arrange where necessary a site visit to do a full evaluation of the area to roll out effectively.
Resources coordination: Coordinate with the various project members to make sure that all resources are ordered and in line with budgets ie: mobile devices, ingredients, stationary, learner notes, venues, and facilitators to run projects according to the KPIs set out
Documentation: Coordinate with the various project team member to have the relevant documentation needed to coordinate the project and report back ie surveys, roll-out plans, tracking report, letter of intent, induction packs, learner agreements, certificates, Fuse registration, etc
Communication & good governance: Ensure constant feedback and coordination with client stakeholders on any issues and risks as well as incident reports where needed.
Reporting: Report back weekly according to KPIs - drop-out rates and cost management of the project in line with the agreed project layout.
