Job Purpose The Personal Assistant / Caregiver is required to assist and provide administrative and caring support for a business owning family
Requirements Experience as an Assistant / PA and / or Caregiver Computer literate Willing to work odd hours as and when needed by Director Position is most suited to a very patient person who is flexible in terms of working hours
Responsibilities
Must be able work on iphone to assist elderly Director
Caregiving in terms of assisting elderly Director to get around
Responsible for daily Diary Management
Responsible for Travel Arrangements – this would include road, accommodation, flight and wheelchair bookings as well as any changes to current bookings
Assist with arranging of payments
Assist with Dictation
Assisting with reading of emails/documents/printing of various documents etc.
Assisting with General administration and family admin e.g. Collections, deliveries, Home affairs, flights etc
Submission of Discovery claims, management of DSTV accounts, Co-ordination and structuring of Facilities Manager for lifting & shopping purposes, reconciliation of Facilities Manager petrol and general expenses, assistance with IT needs
