The ideal candidate would possess a direct and fair approach to situations and able to handle a staff complement of over 600 people. This position is hands on and would require you to be competent in all labour related laws and engagements including CCMA representation.
Duties would also include Recruitment and Staff performances reviews along with implementing Labour Health and Safety Regulations. Maintaining employee records for EE purposes and handling any BEE/EE committee tasks. Although you would not be responsible for processing the payroll you would be required to ensure the integrity of the data is correct.
Candidate Requirements: Tertiary Education in Human Resources/ Law or HR related Experience in a Manufacturing Environment – Highly Beneficial Highly Organised and Meticulous with Administration Good Communication Skills Salary is Negotiable on Skills, Experience and Education.
