Basic + Commission
Operates within a Franchise Environment;
Adherence to Franchise standards as communicated by the Franchisor;
Operating in a market with aggressive competitors within a diminishing market.
Dependent on footfall into the Store.
Negotiate and Agree Sales targets with Store Manager or Supervisor;
Ensure knowledge of all products, services, packages and discounts offered in-store;
Conduct a Needs Analysis for each Customer to ensure appropriateness of solution provided;
Ensure that all documentation required by the MTN for Contract Management and POPI compliance is collected from the Customer before a Sale is activated and completed;
Ensure that all e-Learning modules required by MTN are completed in accordance with time-frames provided;
Ensure that all Compliance files are readily available for inspection by MTN Compliance.
Ensure that the best possible Customer Experience is provided to instill loyalty in Customers;
Provide timeous and correct feedback to Customers on all queries.
Maintain all Customer Service protocols as advised by store management.
Ensure that the store is in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
Store all personal belongings in space provided;
Keep the back office neat and tidy at all times;
Ensure that all meals and snacks are consumed in the back office at times that does not compromise the Stores ability to serve Customers.
