We require Call Center Agents to help through a busy period, Monday to Friday, 8:00-5:00, Apply now, immediate start!! You will play a crucial part in facilitating a unique online customer experience. You are the voice of the brand, embody their values, have a relatable and inviting attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment. What you will do: * Be the first point of contact for all customers via phones - ensuring that they have the best possible experience. * Facilitate a special atmosphere providing the best possible engagement with customers at every touch point. * Manage all incoming phone calls as part of a friendly team. * Call back all the voicemails.
