Telesales Agents Required
I-talk financial services is currently scouting for enthusiastic individuals to join our team. We do offer a basic salary, however an individuals earning potential is uncapped due to the fantastic commission structures we have. We also provide training to all successful candidates at no cost to the candidate also giving them the chance to gain new skills or improve existing sales skills.
Requirements:
-Matric OR Grade 11 Term 4 report
-Sufficient computer knowledge
- Well Spoken
-Good Communication skills
Job Description:
• Contributing to and driving sales by effectively calling clients.
• Achieving sales targets and converting outbound leads.
• Ensuring your product knowledge is passed on to clients.
• Responsible for processing all correct information onto final sales.
• Adhering to sales team standards checklist skills.
• Possess exemplary customer service skills.
• Will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and confident individual who is able to work as part of a team.
• Be able to communicate with a wide range of clients.
• Is resilient, driven and enjoys reaching targets.
• Great organisational capabilities and the ability to pay great attention to detail.
