We are currently seeking as Call Centre Advisor who is looking to build a career within financial services.
Previously this opportunity has provided successful candidates to progress into Property Broker positions where potentially will include full CeMAP qualifications paid for by the client
Duties for the Co-Ordinator
Following on new business enquiries in relation to a Property or Loan
Responding to customer enquiries who have made initial contact
Full fact finding and discussing different lending options available to the customer
Liaising with the Mortgage Advisor in relation to finding the best options for the customer
Sending out correspondence and dealing with administration duties
Dealing with a high number of both inbound and outbound calls
Skills for the Co-Ordinator
We would like to hear from you if you have experience working in a busy call center/contact center environment
Working within targeted outbound sales
Proven track record for meeting and exceeding personal targets including Sales.
