Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent NQF
Minimum 12 months Outbound Telesales Experience in a busy Call Centre environment
Call Centre qualification | Relevant sales courses will be an advantage
Experience in selling long and short-term insurance.
Understanding of the various legislation governing the Telesales | Call Centre Industry and the applicable Codes of Conduct within the Insurance Industry
Clear credit | criminal record
Previous experience on an inhouse CRM (customer relationships management) platform is an added advantage
Microsoft Office Suite
Previous related experience and a proven track record in Telesales in a long & short-term insurance environment would be advantageous.
Proven track record with written references indicating sales success
Letter of reference from an existing insurer within the Industry
RE Qualification is a must have
Utilising company resources to support the goals and objectives of the campaign by initiating and closing the sales process from the transferred Leads.
Requesting and obtaining all required documentation from the customer and completing the outlined process
Ensuring that individual targets are achieved/exceeded while also contributing to overall team performance consistently, professionally, and ethically.
Ensuring duties are performed within the parameters set out within the SLA while adhering to the rules, regulations and policies as set out by the business (may be amended from time
