Looking for a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and can develop engaging content. Have to have great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
Essential Job Functions
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
Coordinate with Marketing to ensure brand consistency.
Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
Build relationships with customers, potential customers.
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
Essential • Grade 12 Preferred • Diploma/Higher Certificate in Marketing or Communications.
Work experience as a community coordinator
Identify and track relevant community metrics
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
Hands on experience with social media management for brands
Interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Customer service and online listening is a bonus
Professional flexibility in working hours while supporting daily business hours
Will interact with internal and external customers through several different means
