Sales/Marketing - Call Centre
To support the governance function in monitoring the performance of the company management systems and implementing remedial action to remedy non-conformance.
Essential Job Functions: Performance monitoring staff from departments across the Group. Supporting the internal audit programme. Performing weekly quality control audits. Assist the Head of Governance operating the. Administrative Governance duties as directed by the Head of Group Governance, process mapping/completing risk assessments. Managing document control.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Compliance orientated mindset. Strong analytical skills, good attention to detail. Understanding of risk awareness/identification. Ability to identify gaps and problems. Ability to understand/translate complex regulations. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Confidence in communicating and escalating findings. Pro-active, responsible, and efficient workload management. Ability to analyze, interpret data, present findings accurately. Ability to create, manipulate management information (MI) for reporting. High level of competence with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. An ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001, Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer qualification. Background in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Internal / External Audit, Quality Control, ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 Implementation / Management. Experience delivering any of the responsibilities listed above.
