We are currently looking for an experienced and organised, store Keeper to be responsible for planning promotional campaigns for the store, staff management and all stock. Successful as a Store Keeper you must be able to multitask and perform under pressure while remaining professional with customers. Responsibilities:
Mediate any confrontations between staff and clients, and de-escalate the situation.
Keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly
Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
Manage and train store staff.
Plan promotional campaigns for new products or specials.
Requirements:
professional and well presented
Must be organized and punctual.
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be a added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
