Agent’s responsibility to ensure that the sales process is a delightful experience for our customers.
Agent will provide advice to customers and share product knowledge, to ensure that our products best meet their needs – ensuring that the satisfaction of the customer is the focus at all times.
Agent to provide assistance or support to customers whenever needed.
Agent to ensure that all targets are met.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE /KNOWLEDGE
Qualifications:Grade 12 (Preferred)
Sales ability: Sales orientated, persuasive to customers and passionate about the sales environment
Computer skills:Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook)
Skills: Excellent verbal, communication, writing, and numeracy skills.
Experience: Previous promotion experience / External sales / outbound sales / Retail
