CRM: Keep the CRM (SalesForce.com) system up to date with all sales related activities
Meet and exceed sales targets
Maintain and report accurate sales figures
Forecasting and Sales Funnel: Maintain an accurate forecast at all times
Stock Forecasting
Grow the acquisition light fleet channel: Research prospective targets and channel partners using reports, and other relevant data to identify the prospective clients’ and business partners
Key Account Plans: Ensure that all key account, direct and in-direct, have a well document key account plan that outlines the operational environment, operational requirement, and future growth opportunities
Call Cycle: Ensure that all key accounts and key account plans have a well document call cycle across all stake holders according to customer classification
Call Reports
Operational Coordination: Coordinate activities with operations and other support personnel, to achieve the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction
Key requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers in English and French (mandatory)
4-5 years’ experience with telematic products and services
4-5 years’ experience in solution sales and sales admin processes, account management and selling principles experiences, all aspects of customer service with the ability to negotiate and operate in a pressurized environment
Matric plus tertiary education or equivalent
Code 8 driver’s license, roadworthy, and presentable transport
Valid passport and the ability to travel freely in sales territory
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects from concept to delivery with excellent computer proficiency (MS Office- Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
