Job Summary
Internal Sales Rep
Duties and responsibilities
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Go the extra mile to engage customers
• Compulsory maintaining of existing customer relationships
• Growing and maintaining Revenue with existing customers
• Cold Calling customers
• Targeting new customers
• Growing revenue
• Managing and maintaining quotations
• Quick turnaround in Quotations (20 minutes)
Do everything in his or her power to promote and develop the business of both the Employer and shall use reasonable care and skill in the performance of his or her duties.
Matric is a must
Experience in data and fibre connectivity is beneficial
