Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and initiatives
- provide management and leadership expertise to coordinate sales efforts
- Supports sales by giving presentations, following up on sales leads and creating special accounts
- Develop professional close relations and maintain regular communication with reps, customers and internal staff
- Represent company at trade shows, associates and meetings to promote products
- Oversee day to day sales, monitoring and forecasting to better understand the market
- Continually assess marketing techniques and efficacy in affecting sales
- Stay up to date on current marketing trends within the industry
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
- Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers
- Increase profitability and brand recognition
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing and Sales management
- Aware of latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Solid computer skills and awareness of web based marketing and social media
- Drivers licence
