REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Min 5 yrs retail management experience
Valid driver's license
Excellent comms skills
PC literate
Sober habits, versatile skills, go-getter, trustworthy
SUMMARY OF DUTIES (but not limited to):
Visiting and managing all retail outlets.
Demonstrated ability to lead employees.
Managing staff, schedules, performance.
Customer relations, services, orders, complaints, feedback.
Assisting online sales team where required.
Training new and current staff, evaluations.
Stock control, FIFO at outlets.
Minimizing returns & losses by ensuring procedures are followed.
Ensure cleanliness & hygiene of the overall outlet, complying with health and safety regulations.
Ensuring proper functioning of all outlet equipment.
Open & close outlet/s as required.
Marketing the company and products, increase sales and awareness.
Maintain awareness of market trends, competitors, customers' requests.
Introduce & commission new production items/lines as approved.
Interview & review staff as required.
Enforcing disciplinary measures where needed.
Understand and enforce GMP, GHP & Cold chain.
Outlet/center/mall meetings,
Be direct link between outlet & management, reporting, feedback, etc.
Recommend new store locations.
Outlet documentation, submissions (fire, floor plans, inspections, etc)
Basic salary + provident fund package.
