Our client is looking for a candidate to join their team in the retail industry Requirements:

Previous experience as a store planner
Stock controlling experience
Fluent in English
Fully computer literate
Duties will include:
Responsible for the store planning of the stores down to department, category and sub category level across time using the Pyramid Planning System. This will involve working closely with Operations to ensure that the stores budgets are in line with the product plans.
Analysis of product and dep mixes in stores highlighting any problem areas and coming up with solutions by way of allocations or transfers.
Running weekly/monthly/seasonal sales and stock reports for both product and stores.
Updating the stock ageing reports on a monthly basis or when needed.
Working with the Buyer and stores on CORE stock holding and forward planning.
Monitor and analysis of stores performance to identify missed opportunities
Compile monthly markdown list with summary for Managers approval.
Update the code files ensuring accurate records are always available and that the warehouse has been given the list of suppliers and orders due for the month ahead.
Managing and signing off the allocations with the Allocator reporting directly to the Store Planner.
Providing the warehouse with the updated PIS plan in a timely manner to ensure that the warehouse has the necessary staff needed to reach their targets.
Assisting the Manager with analysis and reports as and when required.
Doing regular store visits giving feedback with action points.
