Job Summary

A position has become available for a mature and experienced Depot Supervisor to join one of our client’s fast-growing container operations in Paarl. Requirements: • Experience in container logistics or similar • 5 years’ experience in a supervisor position ideally with fleet management experience would be to your advantage Exceptional interpersonal skills working with both employees and clients • Ability to work independently • Sound technical skills • Not afraid to get hands dirty Details of role: • Fleet Management - maintenance and repairs on vehicles • Workshop Management - Workshop design & planning of more efficient workspaces, tool maintenance and repairs, oversee repair and maintenance of rental units • Mentor, train, motivate and work well with a team to get the best productivity • Good admin skills for recordkeeping Send us your detailed CV with a recent profile image of yourself.
