THE POOL TEAM
We are looking for outgoing, professional highly competent and efficient people with the ability to multi-task for our Brackencity, Craighall, Glenvista and Norwood Stores.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Dealing with walk-in customers throughout the day.
• Excellent customer service and ability to build rapport.
• Assisting customers with queries.
• Compiling quotes and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Executing orders received within lead time while adhering to company procedure.
• Problem solving.
• Various office administration duties.
• Arranging deliveries and collections from or to suppliers and clients.
• Assisting the managers with ad hoc projects and requests when necessary.
• Ensuring that all documentation is submitted timeously.
• Excellent administration skills
• Brilliant people & communication skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Must be able to work independently while taking clear instruction.
• At least 6 months retail sales experience
