BAKERY MANAGER/KING WILLIAMSTOWN
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 years management experience within the baking industry.
Grade 12 (Matric)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Extensive knowledge of bakery products.
Coping under pressure and setbacks.
Knowledge of bakery operations & hygiene and safety standards.
Operation of bakery equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and support the bakery team and initiatives.
Assist in bakery and deli training and merchandising.
Staff Management, motivation and disciplining, teamwork
Customer relations
Direct, drive and meet sales with a goal of increased profitability growth.
Purchasing, management and control of inventory; stock checks; control wastage
Health and Safety protocols
Serve as the leader, role model and coach to bakery team.
General administration work
