SUMMARY OF DUTIES (not limited to):
Be customer focused and oriented - customer care.
Handle online queries, orders, etc.
Communicate with customers throughout sales process.
Assist marketing team in campaigns.
Liaise with courier company/ies regarding quotes, deliveries, etc.
Assisting with updating of system (loading of products, prices, images, descriptions, etc.)
Brainstorm sales strategies based on data reporting, etc.
Report on and manage customer feedback, returns, exchanges, etc.
Research market trends, competitors, new products, etc.
Meet monthly targets.
