Property/Facilities Management - Property Administrator
Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years property management experience,MDA experience is a necessity, non-negotiable,Minimum of Grade 12 with Accountancy as subject or equivalent qualification.
DEBTOR & CREDITOR MANAGEMENT
Assisting credit control in collection of rentals & arrears rental
Negotiation of financial arrangements
Credit control of timeous payments of outside suppliers and management to the benefit of the Landlord.
Assisting the operations manager in all areas necessary, e.g.
Obtaining and submission of quotes / invoices
All correspondence with regards to maintenance matters.
In-house MDA reporting on vacancies, leasing, potential loss of income, etc.
Income Variance Reports
Vacancy reconciliation reports
Turn over schedules
Foot count & Parking reports, etc.
Incident reporting and liaison with public / insurance
Ensuring the smooth running of the centre management offices
Formulate a leasing strategy and a business plan to meet the following objectives:
Sourcing of new tenants
Negotiations with tenants
Preparation of lease proposal, lease agreement and signing thereof
Collection of deposit / guarantees
Ensure correct loading of tenant accounts
Create an appropriate tenant mix
