Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and confident Estate manager that is well organized, computer literate and willing to attend to emergencies after hours if and when required, outside of normal working hours.
Candidate must reside in Kidds Beach.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Estate is maintained by the Landscaping team
- Checking of equipment and attendance registers
- Training of staff
- Responsible for the Security company on the estate by reporting all security issues and incidents and monitoring of the guards performance
- Issue contractors with a set of rules, ensure that they abide by the rules and regulations and report on any non-adherence
- Must maintain the gate access database and issue clients with the necessary forms for proper access control of residents
- Arrange for quotes/procurement of contractors for maintenance work within the estate and monitor the Service Providers and issue fines for non-compliance
- Investigate, compile and handover incidents to Managing agents
- Efficient handling of petty cash and record keeping and submitting of Salaries/wages to Managing agent
- Ensure water meter readings are taken and captured
- Perform routine inspections of the Body Corporates and Free-standing units regarding their upkeep and maintenance
