The Assist Group (previously trading as Property Assist in the process of scaling) are interested in attracting a property management and credit recovery administrator, experienced in the functioning and responsibilities of rental collections and payments, with a strong focus on the facilitation of rehabilitating our clients ensuring a full financial recovery. The applicant needs to be able to follow procedures and send out applicable correspondence timeously, execute a financial plan in order to recover the client, manage, maintain the collections, and payments related to all recovery and rental real estate under management.
We are in the business of changing property owner’s lives, whilst being accountable to our real estate investors. This position is “a calling” and not just a job and requires an applicant who will have a passion to assist home and real estate owners. Further, it is a focus and special motivation to increase people’s credit status in order to make them financially free.
He or she would furthermore need to work within a multi-disciplined environment and need to have a passion for creating, and implementing multi-faceted solutions for challenges within South Africa's real estate industry and financial regulatory framework.
The candidate would need to subscribe to and endeavor to live out those principles and values which the organization has adopted as its core values.
