A real estate company in Pretoria is looking to employ an energetic sales and admin assistant immediately.
The position requires the following attributes from the applicant:
Qualification and requirements:
Grade 12 or relevant qualification
Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft office/ social media/ basic IT skills)
Any experience in sales or the property market/ Teller-marketing will be an advantage
Skills:
Excellent systematic admin skills
Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet based programs)
Very good verbal telephone skills
Able to meet deadlines
Able to perform under pressure
Attention to detail
A committed, friendly, and loyal person with a good attitude
Have a sense of urgency to complete tasks and customer service
Required tasks: (Not limited to)
General switchboard duties
General admin duties and filing
Diary management
Listing new properties on social media platforms
Compiling sales report
Answering all client inquiries
Maintaining and updating stock list
General personal assistant duties
Cold calling for stock
Typing and filing of documentation
Assisting with sales (office based)
The position does not require any experience of real estate, although any experience in this field will be to the applicant’s advantage. Remuneration is structured with a basic salary of R9500-00 p.m. The position does have a sales commission incentive structure on top of the basic salary.
