Leading and innovative property management concern in the office, retail, industrial and residential property markets are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their winning, entrepreneurial and fast-paced team.

Broad responsibilities include all administrative, financial, and operational activities arising in respect of properties under management. This includes liaising with tenants, service providers, contractors and property owners, the preparation of lease offers and lease agreements, MDA administration, accounts administration, utilities management, property inspections, service provider selection, procurement and contracting as well as reactive and proactive property maintenance management

Degree very pref. with 1 – 5 years commercial and / or. + residential or commercial property management experience within a reputable concern essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to interact at all levels both internally and externally, exceptional people skills, the ability to interact with commercial tenants, strong detail focus and accuracy essential. Drivers’ licence and own transport essential. Previous MDA experience essential

A dynamic property services organisation is looking for a candidate with a passion for the property industry to join their team as a Sectional Title and H.O.A Portfolio Manager. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of Sectional Title and Home Owner’s Association complexes across Johannesburg and Pretoria.

Experience:

Suitable candidates will attend scheduled meetings, deal with complex maintenance, service providers, collections of levies, creditor payments, complex employee management, liaising with trustees and directors and other general requirements.

Minimum Qualifications required by the position:

• Ideally Tertiary qualification graduate (ideally commerce, law, finance, property studies)

Minimum Experience required by the position:

• At least four years’ experience as Sectional Title/ HOA Portfolio Manager
