Established packaging company is looking for a SHE Administrator for their Johannesburg South factory. Preference will be given to EE females and Joburg based candidates. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science or related - Minimum of 2 years experience in a SHE role, in a manufacturing environment - Strong knowledge of SHE regulations and best practices in Food Packaging - Excellent organisational and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and SHE software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Responsibilities: Safety Management - Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of SHE policies and procedures - Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards - Maintain records of safety incidents, investigations and corrective actions - Coordinate safety training programs and ensure all employees are aware of safety protocols - Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits - Support the preparation and execution of emergency response plans Health Management - Monitor and manage health programs, including occupational health surveillance and wellness initiatives - Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain health records - Assist in the investigation and management of workplace injuries and illnesses - Promote a culture of health and wellness within the workplace Environmental Management - Support the implementation and monitoring of environmental policies and procedures - Assist in conducting environmental impact assessments and audits - Maintain records of environmental incidents and coordinate appropriate response actions - Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards - Promote sustainability initiatives within the company Contact Scott on 0117041302
