·To identify and research potential clients, obtain the details of the contacts at these clients and to build a prospecting list ·
To generate new business opportunities at new or existing clients through outbound sales efforts, · To meet own financial target and contribute to the financial target of the Assessment division being met ·
To prepare quotes, proposals and tenders in terms of the technical responses and follow ups and to take responsibility for accuracy and quality ·
To attend new business sales appointments, perform presentations, and represent the business at conferences and networking functions ·
To position the MIE Assessment Division as a service provider of choice through effective client engagements ·
To schedule appointments with new and existing clients to up-sell or cross-sell solutions ·
To develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with other business units and maintain them over time ·
To work closely with the Talent Solutions Lead and the MIE sales team to ensure the overall growth of the business unit ·
To work closely with the Operational Team and the Talent Solutions Lead to scope solutions in line with clients’ needs and regulatory requirements ·
To support the Talent Solutions Lead with account management activities ·
To update the company CRM system regularly and perform sales reporting ·
To keep Talent Solutions Lead and Divisional Manager informed by submitting activity and results reports such as prospect list, daily/weekly work plans and reports and monthly analysis ·
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
