Our client in the utilities Industry is looking to hire a Plant Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • To plan, coordinate and control activities, and manage assets to ensure acceptable standards of financial performance. • To ensure that the process and product quality of the plant meets acceptable international and customer standards. • To ensure high standard of customer service to both internal and external customers. • Adhere to minimum standards and apply best practices. • To ensure that the image, personnel, and management enhanced in all relationships with external stakeholders. • To create a culture and climate in the plant that supports and develops a learning organization.
QUALIFICATION • BSc Degree - Chemical Engineering required. • Certificate in Operations Management will be advantageous. • A minimum of 7 years' experience in managing Water Treatment Plants, preferably within the Mining industry. • Certificate of fitness is a prerequisite for employment.
