Job Summary
INTRODUCTION
A company specialising in defense equipment and situated in Centurion is seeking to employ a young energetic Marketing Assistant with at least 2 years’ experience to joint their team.
Purpose of the role
- Implement sales and marketing activities that will contribute to business objectives including strengthening relationships with existing customers through CRM, and focusing on key growth areas for new business.
- Implement marketing activities and events as well as other projects that support business objectives
- Develop and use tools for collection of data and analyses, as well as customer trends.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education
- BCom Degree in Marketing or IMM, Digital marketing degree
Minimum applicable work experience (years):
- At least 2 years’ of Marketing Experience
Required nature of applicable experience:
- Digital marketing/Brand management/Communications preferably in a B2B environment.
Computer literacy (essential):
- MS Excel (Expert)
- MS Word (Good)
- MS PowerPoint (Advanced)

- Develop, implement and monitor sales and marketing activities that will contribute to new business without compromising existing customer base
- Implement and drive the digital marketing strategy.
- Implement and drive the corporate marketing strategy/brand plan and corporate identity.
- Participate in developments of CVP and marketing collateral to support all initiatives.
- Utilize SEO to improve rankings for all websites.
- Monitor and maintain all websites
- Manage and support marketing mix elements: Product Portfolio, Channel and Promotion
