Job Summary

Spa Manager needed in NAMIBIA

FULL Health & Skincare / Beauty Qualifications
5-10 years of working experience in a busy 5 Star Spa, Hotel, Lodge as a Spa Manager
ESP Systems hands-on experience, excellent Computer Literacy with good Administrative skills.
Previous hands-on experience performing day-to-day duties: e.g. maintaining Customer Service and Spa Standards, Targets, Revenue, Cleanliness, Stocktake and Control, Marketing, Promotion of Salon & Staff Management, etc.
Knowledge of running a Spa, and the Beauty industry is a MUST.
MUST have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Product knowledge of Nimue, Babor, Optiphi is beneficiary
Assist with payroll (therapist commissions)
MUST be professional and work well under pressure.
MUST be a confident and driven individual.

POSITION Details: No Accommodation - But Directors will assist with finding a secure, and safe accommodation for the successful applicant if the candidate is International.
