5-6 years’ work experience as a Trainer and or Spa Manager in a 5 Star Spa, Hotel & or Lodge environment
Experience with Managing more than 1 or 2 Spa/ Salon concurrently
Previous experience with Managing POS Control Centre, Spa Stock Taking, Maintaining Spa Standards & Merchandising, Management of Front Desk Responsibility, Customer Service Standards, etc
MUST have experience with training staff on how to Retail, using product knowledge and sale techniques.
Candidates must be quite dynamic, fast-paced, and willing to manage their team to increase targets and maintain the high-end standard of the company.
MUST have own reliable transport
MUST be able to travel between the 2 Spa as Ops Manager over weekends or during the week.
