Relevant HR or Business Administration Diploma/Degree
At least 3 years previous generalist experience of HR administration and collation of data for payroll
MS office and Sage people system
Processing records and all onboarding documentation
Collate and prepare and submit monthly payroll documentation
Create and maintain employee files
HR people system and process maintenance
Loading new employees, maintaining records
General enquiries and escalations
Reporting and projects, maintaining databases
Supporting projects and administration activities
